Calendaring:
Mediations are scheduled in half-day increments. Normally,
mediations start at 8:30 am or 1:30 pm, although
accommodations may be made to fit the schedules of the parties.
Cancellation:
There is no fee if a mediation is cancelled more than seven (7)
days prior to the scheduled date. If less than seven days but
more than three days, a fee of 50% will be charged.
Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the mediation will be
charged the minimum fee applicable fee.
Fees:
The cost of mediation depends on the time required and the
nature of the case. Typically, in a county civil case the fee is
$150 per hour; each party pays $75 for each hour. In a circuit
civil case the fee is $250 per hour; or $125 per party, per hour.
Finally, for domestic or federal cases, the fee is $300 per hour;
each party pays $150 per hour. The minimum fee is three hours
for a half-day, or six hours for a full day. If the mediation goes
beyond the allotted time, additional fees are incurred in half-hour
increments.

unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Counsel is
responsible for the payment of fees.
Miscellaneous Costs/Fees:
