We Are Ready To Serve Parties in
Mortgage Foreclosure Cases
Scott Andringa, the founder/owner of Suncoast Mediation Inc.,
completed the Florida Supreme Court mandated Mortgage
Foreclosure Managed Mediation training on June 15th, 2010.
He is now officially qualified to handle residential and commercial
foreclosure cases in the State of Florida. The Court's order; which
takes effect on July 1st, 2010, requires the training for any mediator
participating in any managed foreclosure mediation program. Mr.
Andringa has handled numerous residential and commercial
foreclosures prior to the training, but the class provided valuable
background information about programs available for borrowers
and lenders.
